1. Shipping

Made-to-order garments are shipped within 4-6 weeks of purchase, and accessories are shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase (unless stated otherwise).One-of-one and readymade garments and accessories are shipped within a maximum of 3 days (unless otherwise specified).If both made-to-order and one-of-one pieces are ordered at the same time, they will all be delivered according to the made-to-order delivery schedule. If you want to receive your one-of-one pieces before, please make separate orders. United Kingdom £0 (free shipping)

Taxes and dutiesThe Prices of Products are expressed in Pounds, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties. For orders outside of the UK: All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.crochetcookey cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Insurancecrochetcookey insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by crochetcookey.

2. Returns, exchanges and alterations

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.crochetcookey has a 14-day return & exchange policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund, exchange or alteration.No cancellation and exchange on made-to-order and tailor-made garments if the product has already gone into production. No return on or exchanges on made-to-order garments.
Returns are accepted on one-of-one garments and items only.
Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion about your item, we will offer personal assistance to any customer.We can provide an extra adjustment of your garment if necessary. They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag.), For any return, the Customer shall first contact the customer service via e-mail at crochetcookey@gmail.com to inform us of his/her/their decision to use his/her/their right of withdrawal.The Product(s) must be returned with a tracking number to:

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and all potential customs duties.crochetcookey cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address) is not possible shall be refused.On receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.
crochetcookey cannot undertake to reimburse the standard delivery costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you on the status of your refund.If the return is approved, crochetcookey shall reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the same and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (therefore excluding potential customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer into the account used with the credit card bearing the Customer’s name.Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

4. Other Important information

- Items must be returned in perfect condition.- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
